What are Junior Advisory Boards?
Junior Advisory Boards are made up of young leaders who want to be involved on a deeper level, by helping advise nonprofit boards on what their generation wants to see, and through volunteering with impact.
Purpose
A Junior Advisory Board serves and collaborates with the executive board to find innovative solutions and bring change to the cause and the world.
Objective
By allowing talented teens to gain experience and build their skills by working in a board environment, not only will youth leaders improve their own skills and abilities, but also the Boards will have a new source of ideas and volunteers. Training curriculum will be provided to support the board and youth leaders.
