and Future Leaders

Thanks for stopping by! I am Patrick Andrianopoulos. I am a senior in high school and am a Scout at Troop 110 in the Los Angeles area. It is my hope that I can help develop future leaders, and bring together talented youth leaders and non-profit boards to effect true change in our communities.

I have always been interested in activism and leadership. When I looked for roles other than volunteering, I couldn’t find much. So, I knew that I wanted to do something to change that. I was inspired to create opportunities for talented youth leaders to gain critical leadership skills and experience - and, for nonprofit boards to benefit from this untapped resource.  Additionally, we can grow as leaders so I researched best practices and created a leadership curriculum.

My partner, Dr. Jane Goodall's Roots & Shoots, has an established mission to activate students around the globe to effect true change. I couldn't ask for a better platform to share and inspire future leaders.
